JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work with the international customers and suppliers
- Understand customers’ needs based on projects and plans as well as the understanding of general sales and market trends of Aviation business
- Advise customers and answer any queries they may have
- Help to increase business with existing and new customers
- Negotiating with suppliers to find the best solutions
- Full management of sales and purchase process
- Prepare necessary paperwork through processing system Quantum
- Ensure Aviation documents are in accordance with customers requirements and quality rules
- Conduct administrative and support activities to keep the purchasing department running efficiently
- Administrative tasks
- Logistic tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral), additional language is an advantage, positive approach
- Able to work with team and independently
- Juggle multiple tasks successfully
- Ability to react fast
- Effective time management
- Creative thinking and ability to present your initiative
- Well organized, responsible, attentive to details
- Good computer skills and experience
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- The work experience in Sales & Purchasing or Aviation industry - would be an advantage.
- ERP: Quantum experience is a plus
