Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer support via email, chats, phone;
  • Updating our internal database with relevant information;
  • Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with;
  • Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues;
  • Maintaining a polite, helpful and professional manner at all times;
  • Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced;
  • Respecting client confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service (Financial or Fintech is considered an advantage);
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian (knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage);
  • Strong time management skills;
  • Communication skills, ability to respond in a clear way;
  • Natural desire to help and active listening skills;
  • Computer-literate, familiarity with CRM systems;
  • Working knowledge of ticketing and chat systems (Freshdesk, Freshchat or similar) is considered an advantage.
