What you will be doing as a Management Assistant:
    • Organising and following up after meetings.
    • Administrating financial and HR requests from the Chairman of the Board and the Retail Manager.
    • Coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Collaborating in the processes with the Legal and Procurement team.
    • Writing reports and preparing presentations.
    • Managing office space and facilities on a daily basis.
