Better requires process discipline and simplification
Being a Senior Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for end to end hiring process for our business up to senior level across different IT skills. You will have a good understanding of candidate attraction, including sourcing tools, and different job boards. You are used to working closely with candidates with a track record in building relationships and a strong focus on the candidates experience.

For such a key role, you will have 3+ years of hands-on experience with technical roles. You would also have worked with in-house recruitment systems and will have a good understanding of IT market. As a seasoned professional, you are used to analyzing complex data and use the same for key decision making. You would have experience working in close collaboration with partners and stakeholders based locally as well as globally in an SLA focused environment.

The monthly gross base salary range is 2400 - 3342 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few! The Recruiter will share other benefits specific to your location and role during the interview process.
