What you will be doing

Support Site Leadership with communication needs to advance business objectives and brand awareness: determine themes, topics, events, or news to cover. Help create and publish content choosing most relevant and effective channel of communication for both internal and external audiences.
As and when necessary, collaborate with Group Communications and relevant stakeholders to implement Site-wide communications plan in line with corporate guidelines.
Act as main contact point for external communication partners and ensure smooth collaboration to achieve Site goals.
Be main gate keeper for releasing communication materials: write, edit, and proofread key documents, including internal and external communication.
Manage Site social channel presence, ensure steady supply of content, collaborate with content providers in different functions and departments.
Assist in organizing internal company events.
Act as key point of contact for all colleagues on daily office activities.
As part of Administration team, contribute to daily office administration duties and other responsibilities required to ensure smooth office operations (liaise with landlord; managing the seating capacity; ensuing that all office systems and support services are operational, including sufficient level of office supplies, stationery, etc).
Filing of internal and external documents and maintaining well-organized document management system for use by all staff members.
Be an Ambassador of positive atmosphere in the office.

What your background should look like

Working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook.
Good knowledge of secretary principles.
Good verbal and interpersonal skills.
Good English (written and oral).
Administration and secretarial background.
