We are looking for Scandinavian speaking (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian) Customer Service Specialists to join our Customer Support team. You will be working for our client, one of the biggest online accommodation providers worldwide! This job is based in our Vilnius office. We offer full training to make sure you get all the expertise you need to develop in our team.

Duties and responsibilities

• Flexible working hours from Monday to Sunday between 8:00-22:00
• Handling incoming phone calls and emails from the website users
• Mediating between international accommodation partners and guests to resolve issues via
the phone or email
• Advising accommodation partners on the correct set-up of their systems on desktop and
mobile apps
• Navigating different online IT tools, browsers & company databases to provide accurate
information and follow set processes

• Excellent English, Scandinavian language skills (verbal and written)
• Strong communication and administration skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Attentiveness, positive attitude
• Relevant permit to work in Lithuania
• Computer literacy and good MS Office knowledge
• Experienced in a target-based/KPI driven environment
