We expect:
Higher relevant education;
People management experience;
4 years of experience in sales operations, sales, reporting or similar;
Excellent Excel knowledge; Sales Force, Power BI, Oracle JDE, APSIS knowledge is an advantage;
Proactiveness, business acumen, strategic thinking, communication;
Fluent in English.
Main responsibilities:
Lead sales development and support employees (team of 3 employees);
Drive analysis and forecasting – both on internal results and external markets/competitors;
Support to sales management regarding goal-setting, forecasting, sales rep follow-up, etc.;
Ensure correct calculation of sales reps bonuses;
Prioritize and ensure project participation in relevant projects, both local and European, and lead local initiatives/projects;
Ensure implementation of European development and commercial initiatives.
