University degree or the equivalent;
Minimum 2 years experience in similar role (in retail – big advantage);
Excellent communication, organization and time management skills;
Analytical background and goal-oriented mindset;
Strong project management skills;
Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities;
Attention to details with a strong sense of ownership;
Fluency in English;

Ownership of marketing activities for loyal customers (via own and paid media channels);
Periodical Marketing and Sales promo campaigns development and management: budget, timeline, execution;
Effective trade marketing materials and communication development;
Very close cooperation with Category and Station Shop managers;
Actively cooperate with agencies (Creative, Media, SoMe, PR), give your insights and determine campaign efficiency;
Analyze effectiveness and performance of marketing campaigns, deliver reports to team;
