Key responsibilities:
- Consult and provide solutions to region and shop managers on labor relationship, recruitment, employment, training, development and salary related questions.
- Manage training programs.
- Manage all HR related procedures.
- Participate in different HR projects and initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR.
- Work experience in retail industry would be an advantage.
- Experience in coaching and consulting managers.
- Written and spoken Lithuanian and English (for internal communication).
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
- Positive attitude, customer orientation and creativity.
