YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring correct procedures both internal and specific to each 3rd party banking provider are always followed;
• Maintaining up to date familiarity of the account opening requirements for each 3rd party banking service provider;
• Working to identify and create operational efficiencies for account opening processes with 3rd party banking providers;
• Centralising the process of granting access to each Operations team to the various online platforms used by 3rd party banking providers;
• Accurate and timely completion of bank account opening forms across various 3rd party banking providers in both Ireland and Luxembourg;
• Effective engagement with internal teams to ensure sufficient & accurate data received in order to progress bank account opening process on behalf of clients, as well as ensuring updates are provided to internal teams regularly;
• Facilitating set up and ensuring appropriate access levels are granted to the associated online platform for each bank account opened;
• Managing and organisation of the various internal mailboxes used for each 3rd party banking provider including the prompt resolution of internal queries raised;
• Timely completion of FATCA & CRS analysis & entity classification and the associated completion of Self Certs/W8 forms;
• Leading and coordinating Officers within the team;
• Providing training, where required;
• Ensuring that required KPI standards are maintained.

YOUR PROFILE

What we’ll look for on your CV:

• You are degree level educated in a relevant area such Finance, Economics or related field;
• You have working experience in Financial/Banking Services;
• You have great attention to detail coupled withsuperior organizational skills;
• You have excellent communication skills;
• You possess team spirit, a capacity to build strong client relationships and take initiative to act without waiting for direction (when appropriate);
• Knowledge of the Luxembourg Funds Industry will be considered and advantage;
• Business Administration and Corporate Secretarial experience will be considered an advantage.
