In this role you will be:
- Involved in consulting projects aimed at solving important client challenges – for instance, analysis and improvement of clients’ management strategies (performing data analysis, conducting researches), analysis of public policy, economical modeling or similar
- Involved in a full cycle of management consulting projects, starting with proposal preparation and finishing with end result delivery for the client
- Surrounded by supportive and cool colleagues who manage to stay a team even through bits of distant working
- Guaranteed an interesting and challenging work, including innovative, never-done before tasks in international environment
You are our perfect candidate if you:
- Have previous experience or a strong interest in the following area(s): public policy analysis, economic modeling, performance management, data analysis and visualization, or other related fields
- Have strong analytical and research skills, ability to analyze and structure complex data from various sources – both qualitative and quantitative
- Are naturally curious and eager to learn new things
- Are confident with verbal and written communication, fluent in English and Lithuanian languages – spoken and business writing
- Have university degree or graduating in Economics, Management, Finance or related fields
