In this role, you will be a part of the Western Union Enterprise Technology Operations Center Team (ETOC), which provides monitoring, 1st, and 2nd level application support, and Major Incident management services to the organization. You will learn to troubleshoot Western Union applications and support many partners that are using them across the globe. You will be testing production changes, coordinating with other support teams, performing configurations, and working with a variety of tools and teams.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have: 

  • Fluency in English language both written and spoken

  • Problem-solving and strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, deadline-driven environment

  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing customer service.
