We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join the Avia Solutions Group Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) team. Primary activities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in all ESG-related tasks to the ESG manager but will mainly focus on the environmental part of the strategy
• Your role will cover a broad scope, from knowledge of technical data on the environmental side to keeping up to date with the latest emerging regulations with which the company must comply. This will give you a broad overview of ESG issues and more specifically in the aviation sector
• Your role will mainly focus on data analysis functions
• Providing environmental, social and governance support to the Avia Solutions Group subsidiaries
• Supporting the creation and development of the company's environmental strategy
• Assisting with sustainability reporting regulation and compliance
• Act as a subject matter expert for the implementation of key sustainability initiatives
• Educate team members and management internally on specific ESG topics
• Work with group companies, donors, and other relevant units to mobilize technical and financial support to enhance the environmental and social sustainability of operations, adding value to operations
• Develop and manage a transparent reporting procedure for the dissemination of good practices and generated knowledge
• Contribute and coordinate ESG related content to marketing material, third-party questionnaires, and external reports.

Requirements for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree and above (degree preferably in engineer or environmental sciences (other degrees such as business administration and economics will be considered)
• At least 1 years of experience, ideally in working with sustainability-related projects
• Data analysis and communication skills
• Motivation and willingness to learn and grow within the sustainability field
• Communication, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to pass on information in a clear and understandable way
• Strong ability to develop positive relationships and lead through influence with internal and external partners, build consensus and drive action and results.
