KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data preparation, querying, analysis & insights of transactional customer data
  
• Analysis & insights of various operational areas that impact customer behaviour (promos, pricing, assortment, etc.)
• Analysis & insights of company KPIs
• A/B testing and results analysis
• Data quality checking
• Report creation and automation

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in a science field
• 2+ years of experience, ideally in a company that deals with transaction data (retail, loyalty, banking, etc.)
• SQL
• MS Excel (VBA is a plus)
• Visualization skills (Tableau, PowerBI) are a plus
• Other programming languages (R, Python, etc.) are a plus
• Analytic mindset
• Curious & passionate about data & analytics and actionable insight, want to understand the causes of observations, able to independently find information, offer solutions
• Ability to communicate with all levels and types of colleagues in a clear manner
