Working as an Agent Victim Fraud Prevention Specialist, you will be a key player in conducting investigations, servicing inquiries, and working directly with money transfers related to fraud committed against Western Union agents. You'll be provided with the necessary training on how to utilize relevant back-office applications, as well as being able to provide essential support on anti-money laundering (AML) compliance programs. A decisive nature is essential as you will need to make accurate judgments to secure WU agents and prevent loss by applying specific tools. Attention to detail and an analytical mindset are important for this role, as you will be interviewing Western Union agents, documenting fraud incidents, and preparing reports for Western Union partners and stakeholders.

The monthly gross base salary range is 933 – 1475 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health, accident, and life insurance options, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
