Job description

  • Associations’ daily administrative assignments, such as, working with the CRM system, issuing invoices, following up on annual budget and operational activities, archiving, SCCL website updates, preparation of various documentation, helping with preparation of Board Meetings and Annual General Meeting documents;
  • Preparation of the bi-weekly Newsletter of the Association;
  • Coordination of SCCL’s website and social media channels;
  • Event planning and its execution;
  • Assignments related to marketing and external communication;
  • Issue sales invoices for the participants at events or acquired services from the Association (when needed) in collaboration with the SCCL bookkeeper, follow up on their payment;
  • Ambassadorship of SCCL at external events and activities, when dealing with external stakeholders;
  • Any other administrative/other tasks given by the MD (or the Chair/Board Members, if the MD is not present) e.g., information search, updating information, etc.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in association or community management, publicity, event organization, and/or visual design will be considered merit;
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken. Knowledge of any Nordic language will be considered a merit.;
  • Experience in working with such tools as MS Office, CRM system, WordPress, social media channels, etc.;
  • Good organizational and communication skills, and multitasking abilities;
  • A can-do approach, a positive attitude;
  • Strong motivation to contribute to Chamber’s activities, flexibility in work schedule during events, and work attitude based on mutual trust and respect.
