Duties:
- Pro-actively participate in developing new business, specifically: assist the CEO and Board in identifying business growth and efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Manage company’s finance.
- Administrate company’s taxes, manage inventory accounting.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly/annual financial reports to Management team and Shareholders.
- Set company’s financial and department targets and track financial KPIs.
- Ensure return on investment projects, manage investment projects.
- Estimate and prepare budget and forecasts.
- Monitor actual results in comparison with forecasts or budgets.
- Control and ensure necessary cash flow and risk management.
- Develop and implement financing strategy, deal with credit insurers and other stakeholders.
- Represent company in financial auditing process.
Person:
- Experience in a similar role (Finance Director, CFO, or Finance Controller) up to 3 years.
- Proven ability to challenge the current processes and implement improvements.
- People collaboration experience required.
- Strong analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent technical accounting application skills.
- Knowledge of Legal acts regulating accounting, taxes, and company’s activities.
- Fluent in English.
- Qualification ACCA as advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing and international companies will be advantage.
