Master Data Team Leader

In the role of Master Data Team Leader you are expected to manage one of the teams within the department by working collaboratively with business leaders in Vilnius and UK, to support direct manager with organizational changes. Also, to ensure best-practice sharing and following legal/regulatory compliance requirements. In this role you will be managing one Master Data team of 6 reports.

Main job responsibilities

-Assure smooth team work by monitoring KPIs and SLAs
-Manage audit process, auditor queries and escalations independently
-Maintain daily Master Data transactions and projects within product and pricing domains
-Support team with ad-hoc tasks
-Plan workload and capacity efficiently
-Support senior leadership to ensure the needs of a growing organization
-Support direct manager to maintain high standard communication across all business levels
-Contribute to organizational effectiveness, performance management and change management to support business
-Lead, manage, motivate & develop team ensuring consistent, high quality execution of work plans
-Drive regular reviews of risk areas and impacts, define and implement necessary control points
-Recruit and select suitable direct reports.

Your qualification and skills

-Bachelor's degree in data or business management related fields or strong background in procurement data management or similar
-People management experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred
-Ability to take decisions in challenging and changing environment
-Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
-Attention to detail and quality of work
-Great written and spoken English skills
-Strong excel skills would be an advantage
-Professional experience in international companies would be an advantage.
