Up to 1 year previous work experience in a similar role;
English and Lithuanian languages;
Good knowledge of Lithuanian Labor Law (an advantage);
Good knowledge in time accounting (an advantage);
Knowledge of HR systems (Vikarina, Workday or SAP would be an advantage);
Knowledge of MS Office programs;
Good communication skills both in writing and orally;
Ability to plan and organize own work independently, capable of finding simple and clear solutions;

Control the document flow from the moment of commencement of employees;
Deliver input and maintain employee data related information in systems and archives;
Consult employee on employment related questions;
Support and train managers on summarize working time;
Prepare and send operational reports;
Participate in projects and initiatives related to HR process improvements;
