Job description:
Godel Technologies Europe is an IT company with many offices across the world. We are a leading agile software development expert, combining our unique agile delivery approach with some of the most exceptional software development and quality assurance talent in Europe. Currently we are looking for a Office Manager to join our growing team in Lithuania.
Your main goal would be to manage our Lithuanian office, while creating friendly and warm work atmosphere.
Main job responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the life of the office and purchasing of necessary goods
- Daily communication with our Lithuanian colleagues on-site and via communication channels
- Working and communicating with suppliers for the best offers and maintaining contact with current ones
- Work with incoming/outgoing documentation and reporting
- Reception of guests and correspondence
- Communicating and working with other Godel departments
- Creating comfort and maintaining order in the office, coordinating office cleanness
- Working and helping with location events and creating new ones
- Various other office-culture related tasks given by the location head
Requirements:
- Similar working experience, preferably in international and dynamic work environment
- Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills;
- Initiative person with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Teams in particular)
- Fluency in English, Russian & Lithuanian languages
- Bachelors degree in management, administration or suchlike sphere
