• Technical aspects of the company’s strategy development to ensure alignment with business goals
• Business management system development, future vision, security assurance both update and upgrade
• IT infrastructure maintenance and improvement
• Leading in-house IT team by nurturing talents, fostering skills, and guiding in delivery
• IT project planning, coordination, and control (ERP, e-commerce, PIM, BITRECK, POS, customer loyalty, infrastructure, etc.)
• Planning, coordination, and control of all IT projects carried out by outsourced vendors
• Implementation of new IT solutions: search suitable vendors, transfer business requirements, ensure smooth cooperation
• Participation in software development lifecycle by analyzing and implementing all business units requirements and technological growth
• Determination and control of IT budget.

• Experience as CTO or CIO, preferably with experience in e-commerce business
• Experience in managing IT department team with both product, and infrastructure responsibilities
• Deep knowledge of PHP and MySQL
• Experience in RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of budgets and business planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
