Global Procurement, within Corporate Operations, manages all Nasdaq vendor relationships so that the company gets what it needs at the best prices, putting in place global arrangements and processes which benefit all associates locally. This includes hardware, software, and services of all kinds – anything the company buys.
This role specifically focuses on category management as it relates to market data and expenses, with possible expansion into other categories.
Responsibilities:
• Provide integral day-to-day support to endure the smooth functioning of the daily administrative function for all market data expenses.
• Accountable for responding to work orders, vetting and monitoring vendors’ provision of goods/services.
• Works with the internal stakeholders to perform sourcing activities on behalf of the business
• Participates in the management of market data expenses in tandem with our third-party expense provider.
• Responsible for preparing and processing vendor contracts, payments and staff reimbursements
• Correspond with vendor/supplier contacts regarding requests for quotes and purchases from internal customers.
• Maintain knowledge of and monitor compliance and reporting.
• Assist with the recruiting and registration of new vendors/suppliers.
• Participates in the selection of suppliers or partners based upon a thorough and documented supplier selection process.
• Participates in the implementation of established contracts with the suppliers/partners, in order to bring the best possible benefit from the contract to the organization.
• Participates in the implementation of supply logistic setups for relevant supply chains according to company targets of product availability, lead time and inventory turnover and cost.
• Contributes to the improvement and development of operational, tactical and strategic processes to achieve the most cost-effective procurement and purchasing, leading to both purchasing and operational excellence.

• Education: B.S. in Business or a related field
• Experience: At least 1 year
• Good communication skills

This is a full-time position located in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Monthly salary (Gross): from 2100 EUR, other bonuses apply.
A valid working permit for the EU is mandatory.
