We are looking for a „Hight fly„ LEAN business partner for management change, to ensure the growing maturity of the LEAN culture in FL Technics.

About the position:

• Implement LEAN philosophy & foresting the culture in close collaboration with all levels of management teams;
• Lead a full cycle of continuous improvement enabling the FL Technics for efficiently and effectively;
• Act as the solution delivery for improvement & effectiveness related questions;
• Lead and / or support of Change projects, pro-actively drive implementation;
• Training on LEAN for employees.
