We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:

• Communicating with stakeholders to understand the needs, suggest improvements, and implement them.
• End-to-end design, development, and release of digital learning content for BAA products using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to fit the needs of our learners within a fast-paced, continuous delivery environment
• Supporting Moodle Workplace LMS
• Providing constant support to the users on various questions and queries
• Work according to approved company processes
• Participation in daily meetings based on Lean principles
• Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company’s strategic goals
• Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager
