Job description
As a Junior Operations Specialist, you will manage numerous payments and perform other relevant tasks. You should be interested in either crypto, economics, finance, law or accounting to succeed in this position. You should also pay attention to detail and have a strong sense of responsibility. Whether you are a recent graduate or a student in your final year, we will give you the training and teach you everything you need to know for this position.
You should find it interesting to:
- Investigating and resolving payment-related processes
- Proactively spot patterns in the frustrations or hopes of our customers, seeing where we can change our processes, tools or product to serve them better
- Monitor payment transactions and solve payment-related questions
- Execute transactions that need manual intervention
- Provide reports on operating volumes and other related data
- Provide input and drive efficiency improvement on your daily tasks
- Maintain constant communication with the team to ensure smooth customer experience
We would love you to have:
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility in managing daily tasks
- General knowledge of crypto currency, blockchain, payments, payment cards, operations
Proficiency in Excel - Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics is preferred (could be a student)
- Fluency in English
- Understanding of all terms and acronyms used in this job advertisement
