Tele2's Marketing Department is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a talented team and be responsible for creating the most effective campaigns that increase awareness of Tele2's different brands in the digital space. Together with colleagues and partners, you will manage the main digital marketing channels and dozens of campaigns to ensure the consistent growth of Tele2 brands and electronic transactions. Your future responsibilities:
- to create and implement a digital marketing strategy based on the goals of the company and its brands (will work on: Tele2, Pildyk, Laisvas internetas, Smart Master);
- in cooperation with internal teams and media agencies to plan and implement online marketing campaigns according to the needs and goals of stakeholders;
- to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns and online platforms, as well as provide insights and suggestions for their improvement;
- search for, test and implement new ideas, tools and platforms that help optimize the digital experience of users;
- to coordinate Tele2's digital marketing automation processes.
What you need to succeed:
- proven work experience (2+ years) in a similar position;
- hands on experience in online campaigns creation and implementation;
- experience in managing vendors and stakeholders;
- expertise in social media platforms, SEM, Programmatic display media;
- solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics);
- being self-driven and able to work independently;
- excellent communication and writing skills in English and Lithuanian.
We offer a monthly salary from 3300 eur gross (this will be discussed considering your skills and experience), performance-based bonus, package full of benefits.
