Currently we are looking for a property manager assistant / junior consultant in Kaunas office.

As a team member you will be assisting property manager in daily tasks:
- Communication with existing tenants, service providers, etc.;
- Marketing, emails, contracts and all other necessary office tasks - even buying pens or making invoices;
- Answering phone calls;
- Collection of meter readings;
- Organization of real estate maintenance and operation works;
- Solving everyday problems.

- It can be your first office job;
- Perfect writing skills in Lithuanian and English;
- Perfect computer skills;
- High study results in higher education;
- Driving licence;
- Google Suite and Docs knowledge.

- Wish to get out of the comfort zone;
- Knowledge of real estate;
- Recommendation from past employers.

- In trial period - 1000 Eur/month (Brutto, 500 for a part time),
- After trial period - 1200 Eur/month (Brutto, 600 for a part time) + quarterly bonuses (no limit);
