Tasks

Acting as a application monitoring specialist
Working on application and server maintenance
Setting up new monitors and alerts
Reviewing and implementing improvements to the current monitoring solution
Reacting and resolving incoming alarms
Documenting new and updating outdated knowledgebase articles

Requirements

You are interested in IT infrastructure and application monitoring
You are fast and reactive
You are organised and like working with documentation
You like finding solutions to the problems – technical and organisational
You have a positive attitude towards your colleagues and customers
Eager to learn new things all the time and share your knowledge with colleagues

Beneficial

You have experience setting up or working with monitoring solutions (DynaTrace, ManageEngine, Splunk, etc.)
Have experience in IT field
