Job description
Live support builds trust between the company and its clients. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be assisting customers on their questions, and more importantly – making their user experience better. Being a helping hand on the other side of the screen, you will fulfill Kabru’s promise of high-quality services, as well as contribute to the aim of creating long-term value.
You should find it interesting to
• Provide professional and informative solutions for customers.
• Try to help and solve our customers' inquiries in order to create the biggest possible customer satisfaction
• Everyday learning about the payments & digital assets industry, in an interesting niche.
Requirements for candidates
• Interest in modern technology
• Ability to communicate with clients in a written way(and via text channels i.e. Telegram)
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (additional languages is an advantage)
• Good-problem solving skills
• Positive, diplomatic, and proactive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Adaptability and flexibility
previous client support experience is an big advantage
