What You'll Bring
- Fluent English, written and spoken (C1)

Impact You’ll Make
- Answer queries regarding credit score and affordability via email and telephone
- Assist victims of fraud in the process of protecting their information
- Produce hard copies of individual credit reports
- Provide information about available online services
- Log credit data disputes and complaints and give updates on the process
- Help consumers to achieve a better understanding of the credit industry in the UK
