Area

You will supervise a team of approx. 14 professionals who perform various private and business customers onboarding processes for Nordics. You will ensure high job satisfaction and continuous development of your team as well as quality, delivery and other performance targets.

Besides, you will contribute to process optimization to ensure work efficiency. You will work within a KYC (Know Your customer) area that requires a good understanding of related processes and requirements. You will also collaborate and support a variety of stakeholders both within and outside the organization. What is more, you will be a part of a global management team, which will empower you to grow personally and professionally.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

*This is a fixed-term contract for 2 years (maternity cover).

You will:

  • Lead, motivate and ensure engagement, person growth, and development of the team
  • Create an inspiring High Performing Team environment with an open communication culture
  • Recruit and select suitable new members for your team
  • Lead with own example in mentoring and spreading core values of Danske Bank
  • Assure smooth, high quality and effective day-to-day operations by monitoring KPIs and SLAs
  • Aim to deliver automation, transparency, risk and control environment improvements
  • Work according to LEAN principles and deliver on continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate regular reviews of risk areas and impacts, define and implement necessary control points
  • Communicate and collaborate regularly with stakeholders of all seniority levels within the bank
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Lithuania, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland

About you:

  • 1+ years of proven experience in leadership and people management area
  • Experience/knowledge in operations and ability to delegate tasks
  • Great organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks with competing deadlines
  • Solid communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactiveness and the ability to take the initiative in supporting and coordinating improvements
  • Skilled sense of ownership and flexibility
  • Customer and quality orientation
  • Experience working in a Lean environment would be considered a bonus
  • Experience in building and leading High Performing Team would be considered a bonus
  • Experience/knowledge of AML/KYC area would be considered as a bonus
  • Advanced English language skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
