One of our great colleagues has found new opportunities within Danske Bank, therefore we have an opening for an analyst in Controls Management Information (Controls MI).

Joining Controls MI you will team up with eight colleagues to simplify information flows related to the Bank’s control environment and operate data-driven solutions supporting both internal and external customers. As a team, we take pride in taking ownership of internal reporting processes, and business-critical solutions and seeking ongoing improvements for our operations. All efforts support the Bank becoming a “Better Bank”.

Controls MI is an integral part of Business Controls & Product Management. A newly established organisation to support the Bank’s three customer-facing business units to protect products, processes, systems, data and services from risks across different environments, bringing value to customers and society.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority in the role.

You will:

  • Work closely with your team and internal stakeholders supporting daily run of reporting and automation tools
  • Collaborate on solving tasks arising from changes in data and IT the environment
  • Responding to questions arising from the system-generated output from both internal and external customers
  • Develop and improve internal reporting processes and procedures
  • Support the invoicing process for our Investor Services team by performing monthly tasks and ad hoc requests
  • Execute robust and compliant documentation of tasks performed and developed
  • Keep learning and expand your knowledge base, to become a subject matter expert on internal reporting processes and controls management

About you:

  • You have a customer focus, are confident in making decisions and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You are both a team-oriented person and self-driven
  • You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset, and an interest in working with data and data-driven solutions
  • You are structured in your way of working
  • You are familiar with and have experience scripting in languages like SQL, and VBA or similar, and are proficient in MS Office tools
  • You understand internal governance procedures and recognise the value of appropriate processes and IT documentation
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
