Better requires process discipline and simplification
In this role, you will be part of the Western Union Enterprise Technology Operations Center Team (ETOC), which provides monitoring, 1st, and 2nd level application support, and Major Incident management services to the organization.
Your responsibilities will be:
Maintaining and developing the ETOC knowledge base
Creating and updating knowledge articles, process documents, how-to's, training documentation
Overseeing knowledge management processes in the ETOC team
Collaborating with team SMEs and other teams to address any knowledge or documentation needs of the ETOC team
To succeed in this role, you would need:
Excellent written communication skills
Advanced English skill
At least 2 years of experience in technical, operational, or customer service role
Experience in contributing to or managing a knowledge base
Experience in the writing process or technical documents
Ability to work independently and organize the work of other contributors
Research and exploration skills
IT degree or experience would be an advantage

The monthly gross base salary range is 1524 – 2398 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident, and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
