Requirements for candidates

  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • Product management experience and understanding of product portfolio management
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Lithuanian is a must
  • Thorough understanding and experience in customer acquisition strategies
  • Ability close negotiations at senior level and earn trust with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and build and develop strong sales team
  • Results-driven and self-motivated leader with a real passion to grow the business and succeed
  • Skilled negotiator and an excellent communicator
  • Degree in business administration, economics or technology, MBA degree is considered as an advantage

Job description

  • P&L and Product portfolio responsibility for the assigned markets
  • Lead customer acquisition and business development strategy for assigned markets
  • Reviewing and recommending for pricing, proposition development, product management,
  • Creating and executing customer acquisition retention strategies and growth plan in assigned markets
  • Facilitating, launching, and evaluating, new product and channel development
  • Responsibility to profitably grow the business to the targets delivering the required operating margins
  • Participating in development and implementation of marketing strategy of the assigned markets
  • Coordinate and work with stakeholders to execute against set objectives and standards for the country
  • At all times looks for innovations to improve the performance of the business and reports these back to
  • Representing the company and coordinating relations with third parties
