As a member of Workforce Advisory, you will work as part of our growing team to:

  • Contribute to and lead workstreams across a diverse range of engagements, including people strategy, workforce planning and analytics, organization design, HR transformation, transactions and restructuring, talent management, learning, reward and change management 
  • Design and create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit client need
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, Identify new opportunities, contribute to preparation of proposals and wider business development activities 
  • Manage the operational and risk management of client engagements
  • Coach and provide learning opportunities for junior team members
  • Contribute to delivery of wider strategic goals across WFA and participate in initiatives that support the growth of the firm as a whole

Skills and attributes for success:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced and often ambiguous working environments
  • Creative thinking, using innovative approaches to tackle complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions
  • Collaborative team player
  • Leadership experience – ability to guide, direct, coach, develop and manage diverse teams in project-based environments
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
    Passion for expanding your knowledge & sharing it with others

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in HR managerial and/or leadership roles with strong track record and diverse experiences in business, private or public sector
  • Expert knowledge in people strategy, workforce planning and analytics, organization design, HR transformation, transactions and restructuring, talent management, learning, reward and change management     
  • University degree in HR, Business, Psychology or another related subject
  • Strong project management and written and verbal communication skills, and experience of producing robust analysis, reports, papers and presentations
  • Professional English language skills

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Experience of working with clients and stakeholders

Our innovative office

Our Vilnius office was created together with our employees, following their needs, suggestions and preferences. We build our friendly, innovative, comfortable and modern office in the heart of Vilnius city – Paupys.

We also have remote workplaces in Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai and provide flexible work-from-home conditions to all employees.

Our global markets

We provide local knowledge with global experience with over 700 office location in over 150 countries.

Our structure is composed of the Executive and Regions. The Executive includes our global leadership, governance bodies and our three geographic Areas. Working together they oversee our global strategy, brand, business planning, investments and priorities.
