Team Lead Accounts Payable

• Lead and monitor Accounts Payable team’s deliverables
• Support your team members and provide technical guidance
• Take part in the maintenance of Accounts Payable processes and procedures
• Resolve supplier queries and complaints related to Accounts Payable processes
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of Accounts Payable entries by team members
• Act as first point of contact in terms of audit requests relating to Accounts Payable processes
• Perform monthly reconciliations, AP account justifications and other MEC activities
• Assist in the implementation of process upgrades for improving the efficiency
• Support team members to achieve positive work environment

• Proficient in French language
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related area
• 1-2+ years of proven knowledge in Accounting preferably in an international environment
• Proven team leading experience
• Good Excel skills, proficiency with SAP would be an advantage
• Proficient in English language
