Job description
- Manage all HR documentation (employment agreements, bonuses, annexes and amendments, salary changes, new joiners).
- Implement & manage Global Adform Benefits & Policies, Guides across the countries.
- Keep HRIS system updated & configured according to business needs.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll, Accounting, and Legal teams to ensure smooth operational support (pre-payroll processes about holidays, sick leave and similar).
- Support HR Business Partners with data insights.
- Oversee the salary review processes once a year.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in People Operations or HR generalist role (broad and in-depth understanding of a full HR cycle).
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian labour law.
- Proven analytical skills and very strong practical use of Excel.
- Verbal and written fluency in English.
- Eagerness to lead the team.
- Data and detail-driven person.
