Job description

  • Manage all HR documentation (employment agreements, bonuses, annexes and amendments, salary changes, new joiners).
  • Implement & manage Global Adform Benefits & Policies, Guides across the countries.
  • Keep HRIS system updated & configured according to business needs.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll, Accounting, and Legal teams to ensure smooth operational support (pre-payroll processes about holidays, sick leave and similar).
  • Support HR Business Partners with data insights.
  • Oversee the salary review processes once a year.



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in People Operations or HR generalist role (broad and in-depth understanding of a full HR cycle).
  • Good knowledge of Lithuanian labour law.
  • Proven analytical skills and very strong practical use of Excel.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English.
  • Eagerness to lead the team.
  • Data and detail-driven person.
