What you will do:

Develop, plan, organize and execute all marketing campaigns from A to Z.
Lead some of the key strategic educational programmes in the Baltic states.
Collaborate with other teams ensuring all the marketing activities/plans are aligned between all stakeholders.
Overall leadership on projects. Develop and nurture relations with clients as well as third parties.
Prepare briefs for marketing campaigns.
Monitor progress and ensure quality.
Communicate project statuses at recurring cadences, identifying and troubleshooting issues.
Ensure the highest standards are achieved and all deliverables are meeting expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets.
Organize day-to-day operations of all marketing activities with the marketing team.

What we expect from you:

3+ years of experience in any marketing field (proven experience in digital marketing or education field would be a plus).
Current and robust marketing knowledge.
Organized, accurate, navigate ambiguity, attentive to detail team player with a “can do” attitude.
Great communications skills, excellent organizational and time management skills.
Have very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English.

Salary 3000 – 3700 eur brutto.
