Better starts and ends with the customer

In this role, you will be part of the Western Union Major Incident Management team. You will be a Major Incident coordinator during the end–to–end process in incident management. This includes close collaboration with various teams and reporting to management on the service status.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in IT service operations or similar Operations role

  • Technical troubleshooting skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-orientated approach and great communication skills

  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations

  • Curiosity and you will need to ask questions

  • Education in IT would be a plus

The monthly gross base salary range is 1331 – 2095 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
