We would like to offer an amazing opportunity to become a Team Leader in Transaction Screening (Early shift).

As a Team Leader, you will have direct responsibility for planning and coordinating a team of around 8 employees working in shifts from 02:00 to 10:30.

We expect you to have qualified people management skills in order to motivate your team and ensure employees high job satisfaction and continuous development.

As well as being positive and effective leader you will take an important role in Danske Bank organization being socially responsible and fair player in the market, acting accordingly compliance regulations.

*Please note that this is a one-year contract with the possibility to secure permanent position at Danske Bank.

You will:

  • Lead and distribute the workload for a team of 8 employees, motivating and ensuring engagement within the team
  • Ensure professional and effective processing of administrative/back-office tasks
  • Understand, optimize, and improve processes with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction, without compromising the high level of quality
  • Regular communication with stakeholders at all seniority levels within the bank ensures compliance with the Group`s business procedures
  • Work with an agile approach and according to LEAN principles, deliver on continuous improvement initiatives and constantly develop requirements within AML/ CTF and Sanctions area

About you:

  • At least 2 years experience in leadership and people management area, preferably from service operation, finance or banking sector or similar
  • Attention to details and the ability to maintain an overview in stressful situations
  • Quality and efficiency orientation
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Motivated time planning and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and CAN-DO mind-set
  • Higher education
  • Upper-intermediate skills in spoken and written English

We offer

Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
