We are proud of working on made-in-Lithuania products and are looking for a UX/UI designer to contribute to successful growth of Teltonika Telematics visual content.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- contribute to the improvement of the project and the release of new features in collaboration with internal clients
- create a unified, cohesive design for all Teltonika telematics mobile & web products
- create high-quality mocks and interactive prototypes to communicate your work. Gather user research data to inform your reasonings
- design System & Components library maintenance
WE BELIEVE THAT YOU
- have minimum of 2 years of experience designing and shipping web products and mobile native apps
- have interaction design, visual design and evaluative user research skills
- have experience building and maintaining Design system
- have very good skills with current design and prototyping tools (Figma, etc)
- know how to validate design ideas quickly and efficiently using moderated or unmoderated research methods
- are a fast learner, able to quickly adapt to changing environment
- see feedback as the fastest way to grow as a professional and as a person
- always stand up for the users and bring user-centered perspective into consideration
- have excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
OUR OFFER
- Salary:
Fixed (tariff) salary ranges from 15 Eur/h up to 19 Eur/h (~ 2500 eur - 3150 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses.*
*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
