Job description
- To organize office operations and procedures;
- Liaise with facility management vendors;
- Assist the direct manager with his daily schedule and duties;
- Managing his calendar, commitments, and travel arrangements;
- Updating financial tables (cash flow), preparing reports for monthly/weekly meetings;
- Invoice administration;
- Organize meetings, book transport and accommodation;
- Help to organize company’s internal and external events, participate in exhibitions;
- Provide other daily support to staff/direct manager as needed;
- Managing document flow, including legal documents, internal and external contracts, orders, correspondence, references and etc.
- To respond accurately and timely to regularly occurring requests for information;
- Maintain the contact database and entering new contact information on a regular basis;
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- 1 + years of related work experience;
- Fluency in English with very strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and manage workload;
- Strong attention to details with the ability to solve problems, think ahead.
