We are in a very exciting phase and you can be a part of this journey. We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst who wants to join our team to help us develop the next generation of our market-leading ERP system for the Nordics.

Visma Business is one of the leading Enterprise Resource Planning and Financial systems in the Nordic markets, and we are currently rebuilding this as a full-blown cloud solution. We believe that excellent software is the result of highly skilled and motivated employees collaborating in teams and applying modern methods and practices in the software industry. 

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

• As a Business Analyst, you have many conversations with different stakeholders. You summarize and translate this into (business) requirements, help to work out user stories, and advise determining priorities.
  
• You are the link between operation and technology and you know how to let both technical and non-technical people work together, to inspire and motivate you through your way of communicating. You are a real team player and you know how to hold your own in a dynamic environment in which you often work together with colleagues from different disciplines.
  
• When necessary, you investigate issues and propose solutions. You are also responsible for the assessment and testing of delivered items. You also investigate and propose solutions for escalated support cases.
  
• You always have an eye for customer satisfaction in everything you do. You understand the needs of the stakeholders and you know how to translate these into paper through your analytical skills. You also have insight into software development processes and the associated challenges.
  
• You like to make the products your own so that you are well able to determine what the (im)possibilities are.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  
• Experience with business analyzes and/or requirement engineering methodologies, tools.
  
• An interest in and understanding of modern IT technology and software development.
  
• Being able to properly map out wishes and requirements and convert these into (written) requirements.
  
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, proactivity.
  
• Understanding business processes and customer requirements relating to accounting would be considered as a plus.
  
• Knowledge of relevant accounting rules and regulations - especially within Swedish or Norwegian legislation - would be considered as a huge advantage.
  
• Full proficiency in English.
