IT Support Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and manage IT infrastructure projects within Intrum Global Business Services and Baltic region;
• Provide support regarding IT questions per request from any internal users
• Cooperate with IT services provider
• Analyze and troubleshoot problems
• Manage vendors, control resources, plan and act according to predefined
  budget
• Ensure quality service
• Improve existing and create new processes
• Create, evaluate and recommend solutions that optimize business and meet
  user requirements

About you:

• Motivation to resolve issues for colleagues
• Ability to collaborate with other parties in organization
• Communication, strong interpersonal skills, self-leadership
• Contribution to a continuous improvement culture
• Proficiency in English language
• Experience in customer support field or IT service desk

Salary:

1300 - 1800 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
