Get ready to

• Manage a team of 3-5 Social Media Support Specialists working remotely
  
• Monitor and report customers’ feedback to internal teams and the Head of Customer Service, who you will be reporting to
  
• Be proactive - look for solutions to improve both quality and efficiency of Social Media Support;
  
• Report on product updates to your team
  
• Control the quality of team replies and strive for improvements
  
• Represent our brands and work with social media pages like Facebook, Instagram, and others
  
• Solve queries of community members and provide support to your team
  

We expect you to

• Have previous experience in Customer Service and Team Management
  
• Social Media experience is a plus
  
• Be a great communicator with excellent verbal and writing skills
  
• Have common sense & perfect English (this is crucial)
  
• Have perfect time management skills (you will manage your own team and work alongside product teams)
  
• Be open-minded, curious, and creative

Salary

The gross salary range is 1750-2300 EUR/month.
