We are looking

For an experienced Head of Growth @Kilo.Health Kick-off to join our Kick-off team. Be ready to work on different projects for all our new products. 

Get ready to

• Ensure operational activities in the Kick-off team when launching new products
  
• Oversee the team when launching new products or initiatives and apply the “Kilo ways of working” among new products
  
• Develop and handle a multi-project approach in the team
  
• Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall processes and objectives
  
• Liaise with product teams and provide deliverable consultancy, adopt good practices in performance marketing strategy
  
• Improve communication between product teams and connect the dots when it gets crazy
  

We expect you to

• Have proven experience as Marketing Operations/Project manager, Growth Marketing manager, or similar role
  
• Have experience working in the health and wellness industry with B2C products (considered a plus)
  
• Have demonstrable experience in developing efficient scaling strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.)
  
• Have a solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
  
• Be able to apply marketing techniques and good practices over digital channels
  
• Be able to oversee complex initiatives and drive them to a successful conclusion
  
• Be a leader with both creative and performance capabilities
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 4100-6600 EUR/month.
