ABOUT
Strategic Staffing Solutions International client is a Global Fortune 500 company, an American worldwide financial services and communication company with the primary strategy - to grow. The company has several divisions with products such as person-to-person money transfers, money orders, business payments, and commercial services.
We’ll be looking to you to operate within the Credit & Collections team. This is a team of highly motivated, business-oriented professional risk specialists, who control the whole credit and payments cycle in the Nordics region. It will be up to you to build effective business relationships with our customers based on trust, respect, and rapport. You’ll also handle the day-to-day client services and receivables processes and ensure a smooth and proper credit risk assessment. You’ll make a difference by working in close partnership with other departments in various countries and assisting customers, peers, and management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Customer service experience
- Flexible and adaptable
- Fluent in English & Norwegian
- Ability to influence and drive execution
- Passionate about working in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
