Better requires process discipline and simplification

We'll be looking to you to be a key member of the team that will support the development, implementation, and overseeing of Product Lifecycle and Reporting programs.

For such a role, we require you to have experience in Anti Money Laundering Compliance from a financial service or payments background as well as having general knowledge of the existing Western Union products globally. You will need to be excellent in:

  • Conducting research and analysis of complex, critical issues concerning the patterns and trends associated with the use of company products and other potential risks as they relate to Western Union payment transactions.

  • Interpreting existing WU Product minimum standards, WU Policies, and local regulations;

  • Advanced Excel skills are required, and SQL skill set would be considered as a great advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and great time management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Being reliable, respectful, flexible, and responsible team player.

The monthly gross base salary range is 2442 – 4055 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
