Customer base value manager

I am Indrė Lingienė and I am leading Customer Value Management team at Telia Lietuva. We are currently looking for a Customer base value manager responsible for upsell and retention of Fixed Services customer base.

Your next challenge?

With 470 thousand customers Telia Lietuva is the leading provider of Fixed Services – smart television, home internet and telephony – in Lithuania. In this position you will be responsible for protecting and growing revenue generated by Fixed Services customers. You will have full control of 2 value streams – upsell & retention.

You will carry responsibility for customer base value creation, including customer base segmentation, upsell strategy, contract renewal lifecycle management, proactive and reactive retention measures, offering logic and execution in sales channels. 

In close cooperation with Data Science, Business Analytics and Service Managers teams you will develop predictive upsell and churn propensity models, content recommendation engines. You will also contribute to building automated multi-channel customer journeys to deliver personalized offering and communication.

• 2+ years successful experience in management consulting, segment/product management or marketing

• Stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience in telecommunications industry is not a must, but would be seen as an advantage

Working in this position you will receive a base salary of 2700-3900 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which depend on your competencies and performance.
