Project Manager (Aircraft Design and Production Dept)
About the position:
- Deep understanding and developing of the DOA Design Part 21J and POA Production Part 21G services
- Maintaining of all project management for all projects related to DOA performed by FL Technics
- Together with Lead Engineer ensuring availability and allocation of appropriate resources for projects implementation
- Managing project‘s schedule and budget
- Participating in negotiations with the customers and other parties of the project to achieve the best outcome
- Supporting Sales Executives with preparation of proposals
- Managing project‘s budget, tracking actual vs plan and resolving issues as they arise
- Monitoring and reporting project status in the areas of budget, schedule, risks, issues, and project change requests
- Communicating with project stakeholders
- Holding regular status meetings with the project team
- Keeping project team well informed of changes
- Providing problem solving, root cause analysis and preventive / corrective actions as required to support the project
What you bring:
- University (or equivalent) Degree (preferably in engineering, aviation management, project management)
- General MS Office and good Excel program skills
- Good English language skills (spoken and written), Russian language would be an advantage
- Good analytical skills
- 2+ years of experience in project management
- Experience in aviation industry would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to resolve business problems, make decisions and identify priorities
- Experience in working with project management systems (JIRA, MS Project, Doclogix or similar would be an advantage)
- Ability to specify customers’ requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple project tasks and timelines for successful completion
- Responsibility and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to grow as a professional
